Install |
| Telephone system -
Make sure you have at least one available extension from your
telephone switch, or one telephone line from your central office |
| Supported operating
systems - Windows NT 4.0 (SP6), Windows 2000, Windows XP |
| Dialogic voice board &
system software - Dialogic system software 5.0 or higher,
using Dialogic Configuration Manager to configure the board,
follow this link for latest Dialogic software:

| Installation |
| Install Dialogic System
Software - Make sure the Dialogic board has been installed
correctly, and configured using the Dialogic Configuration
Manager. Make sure the firmware is loaded at time of OS startup. |
| Install Hardlock Key
Driver - If you have purchased the software from UniVoice,
make sure the dongle key is attached to the printer port, and the
Hardlock key driver is installed. |
| Install Quintet 4.0
Software - Install Quintet 4.0 software by clicking the
setup.exe file, follow the prompts to complete the installation,
reboot the PC after the installation. |
